7.Trip Cancellation and Shortening

If your itinerary is canceled or shortened due to serious bodily injury, serious illness or death of you, your family or your family members, you can be reimbursed for unused travel and accommodation expenses (including overseas local travel packages or any major sporting events, concerts or theme park tickets, etc.) immediate family members, fiancé(es) or close business associates; residential fire or flood; jury service, subpoena of witnesses, or mandatory quarantine of you; or suspension of public transportation as a direct result of severe weather, natural disasters , strikes, strikes, riots or public transport mechanical and/or electrical failures that cause delays in departure from Macau and decide to cancel the trip for no less than 24 hours.

  • Delays in the arrival/departure of public transport due to strikes or industrial action, riots, hijackings, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters as a direct result of suspension of public transport or closure of airports, or mechanical and/or electrical failure of public transport or

9.itinerary rescheduling

10.lost luggage

Compensation for accidental loss or damage to personal luggage. Maximum amount we will pay:

  • HKD 2,000 is charged for any single item, pair or set.
  • A total of HK$5,000 for all your sports equipment.
  • All your valuables totaling HK$5,000.
  • A total of HK$5,000 for all your cameras, video cameras and audio-visual equipment.
  • HKD 2,000 for any mobile phone (Mobile phone protection is only applicable to Plan A, not applicable to the insured under the age of 18 under the family plan)


11.luggage delay

Pay for emergency purchases of essential clothing or toiletries if your luggage is delayed for more than 12 hours en route.

12.Personal funds, documents and additional accommodation costs

Covers the loss of cash or traveler's checks directly caused by theft, robbery or burglary within the insurance period, with a maximum limit of HK$3,000 for Plan A and a maximum limit of HK$2,000 for Plan B10

(b) You are hospitalized or quarantined outside Macau, which prevents you from arriving in Macau on the original return date.
