7.Trip Cancellation and Shortening

If your itinerary is canceled or shortened due to serious bodily injury, serious illness or death of you, your family or your family members, you can be reimbursed for unused travel and accommodation expenses (including overseas local travel packages or any major sporting events, concerts or theme park tickets, etc.) immediate family members, fiancé(es) or close business associates; residential fire or flood; jury service, subpoena of witnesses, or mandatory quarantine of you; or suspension of public transportation as a direct result of severe weather, natural disasters , strikes, strikes, riots or public transport mechanical and/or electrical failures that cause delays in departure from Macau and decide to cancel the trip for no less than 24 hours.

8.travel delay
