Milchfreies Keto
VonCalvin D., MS
Yogurt contains active cultures that are beneficial for gut health and is also extremely versatile. Easily flavored or added to recipes or other foods, yogurt makes a great standalone snack. Unfortunately, most non-dairy yogurts are high in sugar and/or artificial ingredients.
To support you in yourmilchfreies KetoLifestyle, we've highlighted 9 healthy, low-carb, and dairy-free yogurts that use a variety of staple ingredients, including coconut milk, almond milk, oat milk, cashew milk, and even pili nuts.
9 Low Carb Dairy Free Yoghurts
Understanding that everyone's needs and tastes are different, we didn't try to put these yogurts in any particular order. We simply wanted to provide a resource that highlights all available options in one place.
For the most part, low-carb keto-friendly yogurts are plain and unsweetened, but for me, that makes them even more customizable and versatile. For a sweet treat, you can add a few drops of liquid stevia and your own flavorings like vanilla, chocolate, or fruit. Some of these yogurt options can also be used in place of sour cream or by adding dill or other spices, they also make a great dip.
Many of these brands may be available at your local grocery store or supermarket, but the plain unsweetened keto-friendly flavors are often in short supply or simply out of stock. Some of these yogurts can be ordered online and either delivered straight to your door or made available for collection.
Side note:Serving sizes may vary slightly between brands, especially when single-serving containers are not offered.
