There are several methods to view your Netflix shows and movies in full screen.
Turn your Smart TV off and on again
When watching content on your Smart TV, the first step is to turn your device off and on again. To restart Smart TV:
Turn off the TV;
Disconnect your Smart TV from the power source;
Press and hold the power button for five seconds;
Plug the TV back in and restart it.
Clear cookies and refresh browser cache
Content on Netflix can be in different aspect ratios depending on the aspect ratio in which it was filmed. This is often stored in your cookies in your browser.
